Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the PrepmatrixAI platform, including the hosted web application, desktop applications, browser HUD, Practice Studio, Career Studio, and Job Nexus.

1. Overview and Acceptance

By creating an account or accessing any part of PrepmatrixAI, you agree to these Terms. PrepmatrixAI is operated by Aravind Boddu. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. Permissible Use and Ethical Assistance

PrepmatrixAI is intended for interview preparation, rehearsal, and live professional conversations where AI assistance is permitted.

• Employer and Call Rules: If an employer, interviewer, or call host specifies that AI assistance or automated transcription is not allowed, you agree to respect their policy and refrain from using the live coach during their evaluation.
• Audio Recording Compliance: You are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international wiretapping and recording consent laws when capturing meeting tab audio or microphone input.
• Third-Party Platform Rules: PrepmatrixAI does not bypass proctoring tools (such as HireVue, CodeSignal, or HackerRank lockouts) and you agree not to use PrepmatrixAI in violation of testing platform rules.

3. AI Output Disclaimer

Answers, explanations, architectural diagrams, and code snippets generated by PrepmatrixAI are produced by large language models. While designed for high precision and grounded in your provided resume, AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, or suboptimal solutions.

PrepmatrixAI is a supportive copilot: you remain solely responsible for the statements you make, the code you write, and your professional conduct during any interview. PrepmatrixAI makes no guarantee of employment or interview outcomes.

4. Your Content and Privacy

You retain ownership of any resumes, work experience notes, interview content, and personal data you import into PrepmatrixAI. Resume files and context are sent to the hosted backend for extraction and indexing and may be processed by the configured speech and AI providers to deliver the requested features. Resume content is not uploaded to Firebase as profile data and is not used to train foundational AI models by PrepmatrixAI. 5. Subscription Tiers and Upgrades

PrepmatrixAI offers Free, Pro, and Premium tiers. Each tier provides specified monthly quota for live coaching sessions, Practice Studio rounds, and job search alerts. Tier features, limits, and pricing are subject to change with advance notice.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse platform infrastructure, attempt unauthorized reverse engineering, or disrupt service for other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepmatrixAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the service.
